Terms we operate by

We require 72 hours notice for any change or cancellation. Cancellations made with less notice are charged a percentage of the total amount:

Between 72 and 48 hours before your trip: 30% of the total. Between 48 and 24 hours: 50%. With 24 hours notice: 70%. With less than 24 hours notice, or in the case of a no-show: 100%.

In a medical emergency, with a note from a doctor, Spearos Pacífico reserves the right to decide whether the cancellation policy applies.

Trips are reserved with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before departure.

We accept cash, bank deposit and Clip.

Changes to your booking require 72 hours notice. After that window, the cancellation fees above apply.

We reserve the right to change or cancel any activity if weather conditions are not safe to navigate.
